Of course great cuisine is the focus of Bon Appetite but it encompasses so much more with in it's pages. Articles on wine, travel and restaurant recipes are in each issue, as well as a celebrity interview page. The beautiful photography compliments recipes that range from more involved to relatively simple and the
end result is always right on the mark if you follow the directions to the letter. I especially like the recipes that take 30 minutes or less and Bon Appetite even has cookbook reviews. This magazine is a treasure even if you only get it for the holiday issues, but then you would be missing out on terrific recipes and ideas all year long! This is my favorite subscription!
